For libraries, schools and readers

Does it cost anything to contact an author? No. Requests are free. Prices, fees and delivery are agreed directly between you and the author.

Who can see my request? Only you, the author and the site admin. Requests are never public.

How fast do authors reply? Most reply within a few days. You get an email as soon as they accept or decline, and you can check the status in your account.

Can I buy books here? Each book has a “Buy now” button that opens the store the author chose (for example Amazon) in a new tab. You buy directly from that store.

For authors

How do I join? Create an account, confirm your email and complete your profile. Then choose a plan. New profiles are reviewed before they go live.

How do book sales work? You add a link to wherever your book is sold — Amazon, Barnes & Noble, your own website. Readers buy there, so your sales and royalties stay with you. Your dashboard shows how many people clicked “Buy now”.

Can I change or cancel my plan? Yes, any time. If you cancel, your profile stays live until the end of the period you paid for.
